1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ph28com website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services available at ph28com.app.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created through the ph28com registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a player's ph28com account.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by ph28com that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, slot title, bingo game, or sports event through the platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises ph28com's operations.
• "GCash" refers to the GCash mobile wallet service operated by G-Xchange, Inc., a subsidiary of Globe Telecom.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a player may request to be barred from accessing their ph28com account for a specified period.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ph28com platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph28com, nor an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ph28com platform or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any court order or legal prohibition that restricts your ability to enter into binding legal agreements.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features on the ph28com platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ph28com reserves the right to suspend or close any account where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ph28com platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. ph28com employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed and all balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph28com account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ph28com immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph28com will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), ph28com is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine passport, national ID issued under the Philippine Identification System Act, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification. ph28com may request additional documentation, including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership, at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the ph28com platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph28com does not support foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion fees are applied to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, or PESONet transactions processed through the platform.

4.2 Deposit Methods and Minimums

ph28com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method selected, as specified at the time of deposit. ph28com does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. GCash withdrawals to verified wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one to three banking business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph28com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have passed KYC verification; (b) any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the associated real money funds can be withdrawn; (c) the withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible; (d) ph28com reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that trigger AML thresholds under Philippine law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph28com offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not cleared within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• ph28com reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has exploited a promotion or engaged in bonus abuse.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion process.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games, slot titles, and random-outcome features on the ph28com platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited by accredited testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's help section. ph28com does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of individual rounds or spins.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the ph28com system and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the player's account balance. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's balance. ph28com's decision on all matters relating to bet acceptance is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the ph28com sportsbook are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or result dispute, the ph28com sportsbook rules as published on the platform at the time of the event shall determine bet settlement. Live in-play bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph28com platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other game format where such collusion affects outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity to make deposits, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related Philippine legislation.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ph28com.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
• Attempting to access the ph28com platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph28com is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. The following tools and protections are available to all registered players and may be activated through the account settings panel or by contacting the ph28com support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions showing elapsed time and net balance change.
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary exclusion from the platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gambling by suspending your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without triggering a formal self-exclusion.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

ph28com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph28com Privacy Policy.

ph28com will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except: (a) as required to process your transactions through licensed payment processors; (b) as required by PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities; (c) as required by a valid court order or other legal process under Philippine law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph28com platform — including but not limited to the ph28com brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ph28com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph28com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph28com content without prior written authorization from ph28com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph28com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the ph28com platform.

ph28com's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ph28com account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds received.

12. Account Termination

ph28com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ph28com has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) the player is found to be ineligible to hold an account under Section 2 of these Terms; (d) ph28com is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement direction.

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ph28com support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their last used payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph28com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph28com will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the ph28com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and PAGCOR's applicable regulations and issuances.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph28com platform, you agree to first contact ph28com through the 24/7 live chat support or by email at [email protected] to attempt resolution in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with ph28com, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution channels.

Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in relation to any legal proceedings arising from these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph28com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
